3) Client Responsibilities & User Obligations

You are responsible for how the Services are configured and used. You agree to:

* Provide accurate, current, and complete information

* Use the Services only for lawful purposes

* Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

* Ensure proper consent for calling, texting, recording (if applicable), and data processing

* Maintain control over your authorized users and access credentials

* Use opt-in/opt-out mechanisms appropriately for messaging campaigns and workflows

* You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your content, scripts, and customer communications.

4) SMS Messaging & Compliance (A2P Notice)

If SMS is enabled in your workflow, you agree that:

* SMS may be used for service-related communications such as inquiries, missed-call responses, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and updates

* Message frequency may vary

* Message and data rates may apply

* End users can opt out by replying STOP and can request help by replying HELP

* You are responsible for ensuring proper consent and compliance with messaging rules, including A2P 10DLC requirements where applicable.

5) Billing, Payments, and Usage (If Applicable)

If you purchase any paid Services, billing is based on the plan or agreement you select and any applicable usage. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement:

* Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis

* Usage limits and pricing (if any) are governed by your order, invoice, or commercial agreement

* Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access

6) Cancellation and Refund Policy (If Applicable)

If a paid subscription is canceled mid-billing period:

No refunds are issued for the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing

Service access may continue until the end of the billing period, depending on the plan
